The secret to great flat abs lies in the kitchen. It doesn’t matter how many crunches you do or think you can do , if you aren’t eating clean to drop fat percentage then you won’t get the results you’re looking for. You cannot eat poorly then think crunches are going to compensate for it. Eat clean, do regular cardio 3-4 times a week, focus on strength training 4-5 times a week and you will start seeing results.
